Returns
- We hope that you will be delighted with your Virya order. However, if you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@wearevirya.com and we will be happy to offer a full refund back to your original payment method.
- When returning, please do ensure all pieces are unworn and in their original packaging.
- We currently do not offer pre-paid returns, so you will be responsible for postage. We recommend opting for tracked returns to ensure items are not lost.
- Upon receiving your return, we will aim to process the refund within 5 working days, however, please note during busier times of the year this could take up to 10 working days.
- We sincerely apologise if your piece arrives faulty. Please contact us at hello@wearevirya.com and we will endeavor to help you as best we can.
